How to shop

1. Fill up your shopping basket
2. Choose the delivery address and delivery method
3. Checkout via a desired payment method
4. You will receive your order which is packaged and deliverd with the greatest care

You first select the category of product from the top of the screen. It is then simple to find the product you want using the items on the left of the screen. Once you have found the product you want, click "Add to shopping basket". The product you want is now in your shopping basket.

You can still continue shopping or proceed the checkout when it suits you where you'll be guided through the process in various stages.

As soon as payment has been made and registered by us, your product will be ready for collection or will be prepared for shipment.

Payment

You can pay by using various means of payment (Bancontact, PayPal, iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, KBC). This is secured through Ogone - the most commonly used payment service on the Belgian market. There is no extra charge for using a credit card. Your account will show a payment to Upsell BVBA/SPRL. This is the trade name used for operating the online shop!

Delivery and packaging

All our orders are packaged and shipped with great care. Your order will be delivered in strong packaging by our courier service bPost or Kiala.

*this is a theoretical approach. Variances in delivery days are possible.

Pick up

If you would like to collect your order at our pick up point, you are more than welcome. Our pick up point is open every workingday from 09.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 18.00. Coffee or tea is provided!

Exchange guarantee

You are guaranteed the possibility AT ALL TIMES of returning your product(s) to us within 14 days. Our Accounts Department will deposit the amount to be repaid on your account in 14 days. Please be aware that there will be exchange costs for returning goods outside the Benelux. Please contact our customer service department for more details.

B2B purchase + high volumes

Also for your business purchases or high volumes we can offer you a personalized quote. Please contact our customer service. They will gladly assist you!

B2B orders or high volumes are not subject to our free delivery on orders above €50,-. Possible shipping costs can be charged, but this is indicated in your personalized quote!
